Pistachio mousse, mascarpone and ricotta


 
Necessary ingredients:
50 g mascarpone
50 g ricotta
25 g of powdered sugar
20 g pistachios (not sugary, pre-fried)
grated zest of two oranges

How to cook:
1. Whisk using a blender mascarpone and ricotta.
2. Add the resulting mass powdered sugar and orange zest.
3. At the end of Pattern the pistachio crumbs (pre-crushed).
