Roasted pears with espresso and mascarpone cream
For 4 servings You will need:
4 pears, any variety 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
cocoa powder to serve
Ground almonds (optional)
Espresso mascarpone cream
