Salad "Fern Flower"

200 gr. fresh cucumbers
200 gr. fresh tomatoes
200 gr. ham
200 gr. boiled beef
100 gr. pickled onions
salt to taste
mayonnaise for refueling


1. First, pickle onions. To do this, cut into thin half-rings, scalded with boiling water, pour the marinade. For the marinade 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar 9%, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 hr. l. salt, ground black pepper to taste 3 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled water. Stir and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (can be left overnight).

2. The remaining ingredients (cucumbers, tomatoes, ham and beef) cut into thin strips.

3. mixing lightly with salt vegetables, give them to stand for 20 minutes, blank empty juice. Drain juice, a little pressed a hand to all the excess is gone.

4. Connect all products - meat, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Mayonnaise - quite a bit of salad and it will be very juicy.

Mixed salad is best just before serving.
