1 tbsp. sugar
4 tablespoons honey
half tsp soda
For the cream:
1 l. sour cream (homemade, fat)
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Beat eggs with sugar, add flour gradually.
Add to batter melted honey.
Add soda slaked vinegar / lemon juice or baking powder.
Roll out the dough and form crusts. I have a rectangular shape, got 5 cakes.
Preheat oven to 180 gr.
Bake the cake, each approx. 6-8 min
Post shortcakes cool. I permeated with cognac cherry syrup
Cooking cream. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread each cake with cream.
Sides and sprinkle top kroshkoy.Testa I had the exactly 6 cakes, so chop packet of biscuits.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours to well soaked.
