  • 700g flour
  • 300g sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 700ml sour cream
  • 150g dark chocolate


Preparation
  1. Beat the egg with 150 g of sugar, then add cocoa, honey and pour the milk. Stir everything thoroughly.
  2. Add the softened butter and stir with the milk mixture. Put the mass in a pot and heat it on a low fire. When the mass becomes uniform and warms up, add quenched vinegar soda.



  3. Add 350g sifted flour. Stir the dough well and take the pan off the fire.
  4. Add the remaining 350 g of flour to the pan and stir with a mixer with a spiral nozzle.



  5. Elastic, not sticking to the hands, lay the dough on the working surface and sprinkle with flour.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a thin layer 0.5 cm thick. It is best to roll out on baking paper immediately, so as not to tear the thin dough.



  7. Cut the excess dough and send the cakes along with the trimmings to bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
You can cut in a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm, and you can in the form of a rectangle - so play less. While 1 cake is baked, roll out the next one so that you do not lose time.





To do honey cream, mix sour cream with 150 grams of sugar. Paint the cold cakes with sour cream and collect the cake. Paint the cake on the sides and on top.



Grind the prunings into a small crumb and sprinkle them on the top and sides of the cake. In a water bath, sprinkle chocolate with butter and pour the icing on top of the cake. When the icing cools, send the cake to the fridge for 2 hours. Do not worry, the cake will soak up quickly, the main thing is to let the chocolate icing cool down.
