Baking on kefir in a hurry Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 120g honey
  • 120ml kefir
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp spices for baking or cinnamon
  • 200g flour
  • 70g raisins


Preparation
  1. Two chicken eggs are broken into a comfortable deep bowl and add sugar to them. Take out the mixer and beat the mass to its increase in volume and a noticeable change in color. The eggs should be lighter. Turn off the mixer and prepare for step two.



  2. Get the honey. It should be natural and preferably liquid. Solid honey is drowned in a water bath. Add it to the heavily whitened egg mass and mix again with a mixer. After 1-2 minutes of whipping, stop the mixer.



  3. Now to the egg mass we add kefir and soda. It doesn't need to be extinguished, by the way. Turn on the mixer again and mix the ingredients inside the egg mass for half a minute or so. Now the mixer can be turned off.



  4. Add to the mass sifted flour, cinnamon and raisins. And stir it up with a culinary spatula. We work confidently, but carefully: you need the flour completely dissolved in the liquid dough. There should be no white marks.



  5. And finally we get a comfortable shape and cover it with parchment. On top, lubricate the parchment with a small piece of oil. And pour dough on top. It remains to bake dough in a heated oven for 40 minutes, at a temperature of about 170 degrees. 5 minutes before the end, you can open the oven and see how the baking behaves: whether it needs more time or can safely reach.





The resulting biscuit has an attractive golden brown color and exudes the alluring aroma of fresh pastries. Now it can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into pieces. Or do not stop and listen to our advice above. Do what you like best.

If you do not want to bother, but like the recipe, try to change its filling. For example, instead of raisins, you can add crushed roasted walnuts. Good dried apricots or cherries in sugar: the main thing is not to have a lot of juice. And decorate, something other than powder, you can always use a sprig of mint. There are plenty of options.
