The ingredients
  • 500 ml cream (33%)
  • 0.5 cans of boiled condensed milk
  • 2 waffle crusts


Preparation steps
  1. Whipping cream. Start by whipping 500 ml cream with a fat content of 33%. Beat them with a mixer, starting at low speed and gradually increasing to medium. Continue whipping until you get soft peaks, it will take about 3-5 minutes.



  2. Mixing with condensed. Add half a can of boiled condensed milk to whipped cream. Blow to steady peaks. Adjust the amount of condensed to taste, so that ice cream brule has the desired saturation of caramel flavor.



  3. Picking dessert. Put a waffle cake on a plate and set a baking ring around it, wrapping it with film. This will provide the smooth and neat sides of your cream brulee ice cream. Pour the creamy caramel mass on the wafer cake and evenly distribute it. Put the second wafer crust on top and press it slightly.



  4. Freezing. Put the form with ice cream in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or better - at night. This will allow ice cream brule to freeze well and acquire the desired consistency.



  5. Feed.. Take the ice cream out of the uniform, remove the ring and film. Cut it into portion pieces and serve it to the table.
