Chicken patties in breaded ingredients
  • 9 chicken shins
  • 0.5 kg of potatoes
  • 250g hard cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 400g breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 700 ml of vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. First of all, wash the chicken legs, dip them in a pot filled with water, add pepper peas and some salt, and then set the meat to boil for half an hour. Also peel, wash and cut the potatoes into several parts, then place it in a separate pan and set to boil until ready.





  2. In the meantime, sprinkle breadcrumbs and flour into two separate bowls.



  3. Remove the skin from the boiled chicken legs and separate the meat from the bone. Cut the meat into small pieces, and clean the bones from excess cartilage and set aside.



  4. Then break the finished potatoes in mashed potatoes, mix with meat and pre-grated cheese. Peep the mixture, add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.



  5. Next, divide the resulting mass into nine equal parts and begin to form cakes from them, slightly wetting your hands with cool water. Put a bone in the finished cake so that it is half visible from the outside, and fill it.





  6. It remains only to cover future croquets with breading. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and dip the blank there, having previously collapsed it in flour. Then throw the blank in the breadcrumbs.

    So that the breading is better fixed on the blanks, dip them again in the egg and crackers.





  7. After that, pour vegetable oil into a small pan and bring it to a boil. Dip the workpiece in boiling oil and hold it there for two minutes.



Finished croquets put on a plate covered with paper towels to get rid of excess oil.







You can serve patties with a spicy sauce like a snack or with fresh vegetables as a side dish.
