Taratushki on kefir Ingredients
  • 1.5 tbsp kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 100g powdered sugar


Preparation
  1. Take a big deep bowl and break an egg into it.



  2. Add kefir with sugar and mix the ingredients with a corolla or tablespoon. Kefir, by the way, can be replaced with sour milk or yogurt.





  3. Then add vegetable oil, salt, soda and vanilla sugar to the bowl. Stir it up thoroughly again.



  4. Do not stop stirring the mixture, gradually inject flour into it.



  5. As soon as the mixture thickens enough, knead the dough, cover it with a lid and leave to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.



  6. After half an hour, sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough on it and divide it in half. Each part of the test roll into a layer up to 2 cm thick. Then cut each layer of the test into equal-sized rectangles, in the middle of which then make another incision in the middle.

  7. Now all that remains is to roast. frying-pan. Put the pan warm up by pouring vegetable oil into it. When the oil is hot enough, lay out blanks in it and roast on both sides until golden in color.







At the end of cooking, lay the taratushki on paper towels to remove excess oil. Wait for the doughnuts to cool a little and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
