How to make cream cheese in a marinade from purchased or homemade yogurt

Cream cheese at home Ingredients
  • 500g thick yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp spices (Provence herbs)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 dried tomatoes
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil (preferably olive)


Preparation
  1. Add salt to the yogurt, mix it well.



  2. On a separate container, install a coarse hat, make it gauze, folded in several layers.



  3. Put some yogurt on the coop. Cover the gauze from above and leave for about a day so that all the liquid escapes. You can stir from time to time.



  4. Creamy yogurt cheese received. Put it in a separate dish. Whey can be saved for other culinary masterpieces, such as pancakes.



  5. Marinate the cheese right in the plate. To do this, pour half of vegetable oil on its bottom, pour spices, add tomatoes.
