- 1 l milk
- 1 tbsp yogurt (milk + sourdough)
Preparation
- Milk should be homemade or, in extreme cases, pasteurized. Any fat. Pour it into a pan and bring it to a boil (80 degrees), then immediately remove it from the fire. In parallel, remove the resulting film, if so. Pour the milk into a glass container that can be sealed.
- Let the milk cool so that it is not hot, but very warm (about 45 degrees). Add to it a spoonful of natural yogurt and mix well. Cover the plate with a lid and wrap it in a warm blanket. Put it near the battery.
- Now let the future yogurt get ready. Nothing else is required of you. After 8-10 hours, get the finished product. At the bottom it will be more liquid, and at the top it will be thicker. If you want to get a useful addition to the salad, try to collect the whole thick part with a spoon and get an analogue of Greek yogurt. The rest of you can just drink before going to bed. Or just mix it up.
