- 250 ml of warm milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 30g pressed yeast

- 6 chicken eggs
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 1p vanilla sugar
- 7 tbsp flour
- 200 ml of vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp homemade sour cream
- 200 g of raisins (you can less if it seems that much)
- salt
Glaze ingredients
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- Start with the opara. Add to warm milk sugar, yeast (they need to be crumbled) and flour. Stir well and leave to come. In a convenient container, beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt, add butter and sour cream (butter do not use everything). Now connect the approaching pair with the resulting mass.
- Ask for flour once or twice and gradually mix it with the steam, knead the dough. The dough must be sticky. Add the remaining oil to it so that it does not stick to the hands. Put the finished dough in a warm place for 2-3 hours, during this time it will rise perfectly. You can wash it once or twice, necessarily lubricating your hands with vegetable oil.
- Pour the raisins with boiling water for five minutes, then drain the water. Dry it on a towel (paper is also great), you can add a pinch of flour. On the oily surface, lay out the dough, raisins on top. Carefully knead so that it spreads evenly over the test.
- Prepare the baking forms. One of the old ways is to smear them with babe, like our grandmothers did. Put the dough in shapes and cover it with a towel. Let's wait another forty minutes. Send the cakes to a well-heated oven (170 degrees Celsius), but do not rush to close the valve - hold open for two or three minutes. Cooking time depends on its size, readiness can be checked with a wooden sword.
- Place ready-made cakes on your side: in this position they should be about three minutes. Then take them out of the molds and leave them until completely cooled. Time to icing.
- Pour gelatin into a plate and pour it with two tablespoons of cold water. While it swells, pour a glass of sugar into a small pan and add 4 tablespoons of water. Bet on a slow fire. When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the pan from the fire, add gelatin and whip with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. The mass will immediately become white.
- It is necessary to work quickly with glaze, as it instantly cools and dries. Makai kulichi cap down straight into the glaze, then use the sprinkle that you like best. Traditionally it's sugar. Usually this glaze holds well, does not crumble during cutting, does not stick and does not crack. Done!
