Preparation
- Better start with steaming. In a large bowl, chop with a knife or fork 50 grams of yeast. Pour the milk to the yeast and stir the wreath. Also pour flour and mix well until homogeneous, so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should come out more liquid than on pancakes. Cover a bowl of steam with food film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

- Put the dough in and spice it in orange juice. Add the raisins. If desired, in addition to raisins, any other dried fruits can be added. Also pour another 150 grams of flour and stir. Shift the dough into a bowl lubricated with vegetable oil, cover with food film and leave for lifting for another hour.
