Each of these berries is beautiful in its own way, with its unique taste and aroma. But perhaps the most delicious is the tincture of blackberries.

Blackberries are a universal berry. From it, you can prepare both a very weak and sweet liquor for women, and a strong tincture for men. And it is especially nice that both of these versions can be made from the same portion of blackberries!



Tincture of blackberries for women Ingredients for sweet pouring

• 2 kg blackberries
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 litre vodka

The YouTube recipe is very simple. Pick up the berries and clean them of their tails. Blackberries are not recommended to be washed, since the berries will stretch excess water into themselves, and this will deprive the future pouring of a fair portion of taste, aroma and strength. However, if you use shop blackberries, it is better not to risk and wash it.

Fill the three-liter jar with berries. Then sprinkle two glasses of sugar. After that, fill the can with vodka to the brim and close the lid tightly.

Move dishes with future tincture to a dry dark place and leave there for 3-4 weeks. From time to time, you can shake the jar so that the alcohol is better soaked in blackberry juice.

By the way, to speed up the infusion process, you can close the jar with a vacuum lid and pump out air. This will speed up the cooking process by half.

The male version of the fortress will approach 40%, but unlike ordinary vodka will have a blackberry aroma and taste.



You can mix women's and men's tinctures to your liking. And if the sweet liquor seems too strong, you can dilute the juice at your discretion.
