Potato in French "Anna", a contender for the autumn festive table

Preparation
  1. Turn on the oven and let it heat to 220 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter.


  3. Cut the potatoes with thin (1-2 mm) plates. Don't put sliced potatoes in the water. Starch will need the layers of the dish to bond better.


  4. Lubricate the baking mold with butter. You can use one large or several portions.
  5. Put the plates in the shape of a flower. One in the center and the others at the edges.


  6. Armed with a brush, oil each layer with oil and sprinkle with spices. Pour the remaining oil on top.


  7. Put the mold in the oven on the top row and bake for 5 minutes for the crisp crust.
  8. After that, cover with foil, lower on the middle shelf and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
  9. At the very end, remove the foil and cook the potatoes for another 5 minutes.


  10. Then flip on a plate, decorate with greens and serve hot.
