Preparation
  1. First, wash the zucchini and cut off the peduncles. Cut the fruit with medium cubes. Do not crumble too finely, because in the future they will be amenable to heat treatment, and zucchini is a delicate thing. Fire zucchini in vegetable oil until ready.


  2. Peel the walnuts. Roast them in a dry pan, this will give the final result a special taste. If you are allergic to them, you can use cedar or cashews. A tablespoon of peanut paste will not hurt, but then the pate will be a little heavier for the stomach: there are too many calories in this paste.


  3. In a separate container, stir the cheese with greens, salt and pepper. Squeeze the garlic on this mass. Mix everything with an ordinary spoon, but do not try too hard: a blender will do everything for you.


  4. Mix all the ingredients in the blender until pate. If it turns out to be too thick, add a little olive oil or, at worst, a couple of spoons of boiling water. The dish is ready, and you can either put it in a neat jar or in a deep plate if you want to use it immediately.
