- Peel the potatoes and one large onion.

- Turn on the oven so it can heat up.
- Add salt, pepper and one egg to the potatoes. Stir everything with a spoon.
- Cover the pan with baking paper. Put the potato mass on paper, giving it the shape of small flat pancakes.
- Bake danks quite quickly, literally 10-15 minutes. So it's important not to dry them. To do this, set a high temperature of 220 degrees and watch for potato pancakes to turn rosy.
- While the bakes are baked, you can make the sauce. Add to the homemade cottage cheese sour cream, some salt, crushed garlic. Stir all the components with a spoon. If the mixture is too thick, add more sour cream.
- Be careful not to tear, take the danks off the paper. They can already be eaten with sour cream. But we didn't make the sauce for nothing!
- Lubricate a piece of butter with a baking mold. Put baked pancakes in it. Lubricate the dranic with cooked sauce, evenly spreading it over the surface.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- While the oven is still hot, send a mold into it so that the cheese on top melts.
