  • 500g fat curd
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 100g dried fruit
  • 15–20 g of chocolate (optional)


Preparation
  1. Sugar, vanilla, eggs and greasy cream (33%) are poured into a steak with a thick bottom. Stir it to uniformity. Cook on a small fire, stirring constantly. The cream should boil and become thick. Cover the finished cream with food film and leave to cool.



  2. It is better to take cheese fatty, ideally homemade. Add softened butter and warm, but not hot cream. Blow the blender to uniformity.



  3. Add your favorite dried fruits and nuts. Stir it to uniformity. The author of the recipe suggests taking dried cherries and almond petals. Dry fruits must first be washed and dried.



  4. To form Easter, take a plastic silicone tracker and put it upside down on a comfortable wide dish so that whey then flows into this dish. Put two or even three layers of clean and wet gauze. Periodically tap the beacon on the table so that the cottage cheese is better tamped and air bubbles come out. Fill the tracker to the top. By the way, instead of a special form, you can use a conventional sieve.





  5. Cover the top of a bunch of gauze. On top of Easter you need to place any surface (for example, a plate) and a weight (I use a jar of cucumbers). Under the yoke of Easter should be in the refrigerator for more than 10 hours. Do not forget to periodically drain the serum.



  6. At the end of the specified time, take the cottage cheese from the refrigerator. Turn it over so that the plate is on the bottom. Carefully remove the shape and then gauze. If desired, Easter can be decorated with melted chocolate and fruit. Choose the decor to your taste!
