  • 800g wheat flour
  • 500ml warm whey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50g butter
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 8g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar


Filling ingredients

  • 50g green onion or leek
  • 1 tuft of cilantro
  • 1 bundle of dill
  • 600 g of Imeretian cheese (can be replaced with Suluguni)
  • 50g butter
  • salt


Preparation
  1. This dough is prepared on whey, but it can be replaced with a mixture of water and milk (50 to 50). In a small container, mix dry yeast with sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Pour in a little warm serum, stir.



  2. Pour in the flour yeast, salt and serum. Also add melted butter. Mix the dough with your hands for 5 minutes. Pour vegetable oil at the end. Stir again. Collect the dough in a lump, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for lifting.



  3. Cut the top, put it in a bowl and salts. Leave the top with salt for half an hour.



  4. Cilantro, dill and leeks (can be replaced with green onions) are also finely cut. Grate cheese. 150065
