I have never met anyone who would be indifferent to the sight of these cakes. Once upon a time, more than 30 years ago, my mother and aunt made about half a thousand peaches for my sister’s wedding.

Peach cake Ingredients for dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100g sour cream
  • 10g baking powder
  • 150g softened butter
  • 3 tbsp flour

Preparation
  1. In a convenient container, mix eggs with sour cream, sugar and softened butter. In two approaches, add flour and baking powder. You can also add a pinch of salt to balance the taste.



  2. Collect the dough in a lump and send it to the fridge for half an hour.



  3. From the dough roll balls (I had 45 grams), slightly flatten them on one side and send to the freezer for 15 minutes (but you can without it). Bake pastries in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes.



  4. Cut the middle out of the still hot blanks. These middles are ground with a blender and then mixed with boiled condensed. In each half of future cakes lay out the filling of condensed milk, adding there one peanut nut. Glue together half the cakes in pairs.



  5. To stain the cake, water-sugar syrup 1: 1, cool it and pour it into two containers. Paint red and orange. First dip the peach completely in orange, then one side macai in red and drop everything in fine sugar. Let the sugar dry and then serve the cakes to the table.

    By the way, it's always done before. syrup Beet and carrot juices. Now often, when there is no opportunity or desire to mess with vegetables, I use a couple of drops of food coloring.
