Technology of cooking cake ingredients
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 50g pressed yeast
- 350g flour
- 200g butter
- 100g chopped nuts
- 100g sugar (or powdered sugar)
- 50 ml of water
Preparation
- First of all, we need to get a clean deep bowl and combine sour cream with yeast in it. Then we add to the resulting mass sifted flour and butter. By the way, oil, of course, should not be sent to the bowl in a single piece. You must first cut it with a knife (in other words, make cream chips).
Combining all the ingredients, check the cleanliness of the hands (and, if necessary, wash one more, control, once), and then take to knead the dough.
- The finished sand-yeast dough is rolled into a ball, covered with food film and sent to the refrigerator for 10-12 minutes.
- Then the chilled dough is released from the film and rolled into the formation with a roller. After that, we take any forms for cookies and cut out cakes. If there are no special forms at hand - no problem. For this case, even an ordinary narrow glass can be used.
- Next, the workpieces should be gently moistened in a bowl with water and swamped in a pre-prepared sugar-nut mixture. This stage can be skipped and simply sprinkled with powdered sugar when baked. So choose the option that you prefer.
At the end, lay the cyst on a parchment-lined pan and send it to the oven heated to 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
