And although the cake looks appetizing and presentable, however, you do not have to spend much time on its preparation. Fantasia Cake. The beauty of this chocolate treat is that it can be served to the table immediately after assembly. Therefore, preparing a cake can be even faster and easier than going in search of worthy sweets for tea in the appropriate stores.

Test ingredients
  • 240g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 280ml kefir
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 30g vegetable oil
  • 30g cocoa
  • 200g sugar


Cream ingredients
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 180g sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • 150g butter


Preparation
  1. First of all, pour kefir into a separate container, add soda here. Stir and leave for a few minutes for the reaction we need. Then add eggs, vegetable oil and sugar. Stir it well. Here also sift flour along with cocoa powder. Stir again so that the mass is uniform.



  2. In the form (the recipe uses a container with a diameter of 24 cm) transfer the resulting "chocolate" dough. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Don't forget to check your readiness with a wooden sword.



  3. Then start making the cream. To do this, mix sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in a deep pan. Then add the chicken eggs and rub it with a wreath until uniform.



  4. Pour half (from 500 ml) of milk into a pot with cream, mix and put on the fire. Warm up the mixture, continuing to stir it intensively. Then pour the second half of the milk and stir until the cream thickens. Remove from the fire, add butter and stir. Let the cream cool.



  5. Cut the previously prepared “chocolate” cake into two parts, having previously cut off the rounded top. Put most of the already cooled cream on the first cake, straighten it.





Cover with a second cake and lay out the remaining cream in an even layer. From the cut top make a crumb, after cutting this crumb side and top delicacy. From above you can decorate, for example, nuts. Bon appetit!
