The recipe for a three-egg curd casserole

My mother-in-law is a skilled hostess, she simply has no equal in cooking. She has one superpower: she takes a recipe, changes it a little and creates her own, which turns an ordinary dish into a real culinary masterpiece. So she did with the recipe of cottage cheese casserole, which became her signature dish. Children love it, although it is almost impossible to feed them with ordinary cottage cheese.





I was lucky and my mother-in-law shared this secret recipe with me, and I want to tell you, How to Prepare the Perfect Cheese Cake. The whole secret in a combination of proportions, only 3 tablespoons!

Delicious curd casserole Ingredients
  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • pinch


Preparation
  1. In the pan, paint butter, add sugar, sour cream, manca and mix everything thoroughly. It should be a homogeneous mass without lumps.



  2. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Add a pinch of vanilla.



  3. Now add the cottage cheese. Best of all, of course, homemade cottage cheese is suitable, but if there is no such thing, a store with 9% fat content is also good.


  4. Now all this needs to be whipped in a blender to a homogeneous mass. It is necessary that the dough turned out to be perfect in consistency. After you get the perfect weight, beat it with a mixer for another 10-15 minutes. You can add fruit or other filler to the dough, but my household loves it without it.



  5. The mixture is ready, now pour it into a form lubricated with oil. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees. Baking time depends on the oven. In one it can be baked for one hour, and in the other - all and a half. Therefore, so that the casserole is not raw inside, check the degree of readiness with a wooden stick. Your perfect casserole is ready, good appetit!
