Dietary dish of eggplant Ingredients
- 1 medium eggplant
- 1/2 tsp salt
- sprigs of fresh basil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp grated low-fat cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 big tomato
- 1/2 tsp Provence herb mixture
Preparation
- Wash the eggplant, cut the edges. Cut the rings with a thickness of 1 cm and send into cold, salted water for a few minutes to get rid of the bitterness.
- Remove eggplant from the water, dry it on paper-towel. In the meantime, warm the oven to 180 degrees.
- Garlic grind and roast it in vegetable oil until golden.
