  4. Complicated squat
    This exercise is also called burpi. So, stand at point-blank range lying down, move from it to point-blank range in a squat, and then jump up.   5. crocodile
    Stand still lying down and take five steps forward in this position. You can rearrange your legs and walk only on your hands so that your legs drag from behind. Then take 5 steps back. That's 5 times.



  6. Jumping
