The ingredients
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 bulb
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g hard cheese

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 tbsp starch

Preparation
  1. Cut the zucchini along. Now cut them into thin slices, the thinner the better. Cut the onions finely.

  5. Beat 4 eggs with salt and pepper. Add the nutmeg. It can not be replaced by anything, but often instead of spice added ground garlic, marjoram or curry.
  6. Add the cornstarch to the eggs and whack the whole thing to uniformity.



  7. Grid hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the bark mixture. Take the zucchini off the fire. Add to them lemon juice, mint leaves and egg mixture. Stir everything and pour it into a baking mould.



  8. Bake a flan of zucchini at a temperature of 180 degrees 25 minutes. If the shape is large, it will take 30-35 minutes. In general, some housewives cook flan from zucchini in a water bath for 30-45 minutes.
