- 3 young zucchini
- 200g sour cream or yogurt
- 200g brynza or soft cheese
- lump

- 1 clove of garlic
- spices, salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and peel off the peel if necessary. Cut with plates 0.5-1 cm thick. Put it in a bowl, salty, add spices and let me stand for 10 minutes.
- On the grille or pan, covered with parchment, lay out zucchini. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until ready. As soon as the zucchini become soft and slightly brown, then they are ready.
- While the zucchini are baked, make the sauce. Mix sour cream with chopped greens, garlic, salt and spices.
- Once the zucchini are cool, start picking the cake.
- Put the zucchini on a big plate. Smear the sauce and sprinkle it with grated brynza. Repeat with the remaining zucchini. Smear the top of the cake with remnants of sauce and decorate with fresh greens.
