Hormonal gymnastics for healing

Peace! Tibet has always hidden many secrets of health and longevity. One of these secrets was hormonal gymnastics, developed thousands of years ago. But it came to us relatively recently. It would seem normal movements, but the effect of them is amazing.

Even having penetrated as much as possible into the secrets of Tibet, its teachings and practices, no one has yet been able to reveal the principle of this gymnastics. Yes, we do not understand the principles by which this gymnastics works, but we know that it is very effective. Let's figure out which body systems it affects.

First, of course, the endocrine system. Regular practice helps to establish the work of the glands, which improves the functioning of the whole body. You know that the processes in our body are regulated by hormones, namely, the endocrine system is responsible for their proper production.

This gymnastics helps to eliminate failures in the endocrine system and adjust the processes of life. That is why it is called hormonal.

Secondly, exercise helps to improve the functioning of the circulatory and lymphatic system. All movements are essentially self-massage, which prevents fluid stagnation in the body and improves blood circulation.

Due to the fact that blood and lymph begin to circulate more actively through the body, the body quickly gets rid of toxins. This in turn has a rejuvenating and tonic effect.

The next system is musculoskeletal. Thanks to simple exercises, swelling disappears, and joints are strengthened. After regular exercise, you will see that you become more agile. Gymnastics also helps improve hearing and vision, improve lung function and reduce the frequency of respiratory diseases.

This complex is very simple and takes no more than 15 minutes. You'll feel the results quickly. If there are long-standing health problems, then, of course, it will take longer to have an effect. It is best to do gymnastics in the morning, immediately wake up. Some people recommend doing it before 6 a.m.

Exercise complex
  1. Sit down so you're comfortable. Now start rubbing your hands against each other. Three palms until the heat in your hands, until you feel the heat filling your whole body. Then shake your hands.
  2. Now bend your left hand at your elbow and start making shaking movements with your right hand from the elbow and up. Do about 10 repetitions, although the number is not so important, focus more on your feelings. Then rub your hand from top to bottom. Repeat the same thing with your other hand. After the exercise, shake your hands.



  3. Now we start gymnastics for fingers. Put the little finger of the left hand, the fingers of the right close in the ring and immerse the little finger in the right hand. Start to make rubbing circular movements: the right hand moves away from you, the left hand moves towards you. In this way, massage each finger. Then repeat the same with the other hand. Then rub each finger from the base to the nail in fast and strong movements. Act like you're pulling your fingers out. Shake your hands to relax your shoulders, rub your hands slightly again.





  4. Next exercise. Take the right earlobe with your right hand. Cover your head with your left hand and hold your right ear just a little higher. Now start massaging as if you're connecting the edges of the dumpling around the perimeter of your ear. Actively knead every inch of your ear.



    Then the thumb of the right hand is immersed in the ear and lead them to the temple. Don't take your finger out, take a good walk all over your ear. Then turn your hand back and put your hand in the back of your head. Now repeat this for the second ear.





  5. Then put both index fingers on the nose at the base of the eyebrows and start a massage. Having massaged a little point between the eyebrows, swipe your fingers around the forehead, around the eyes, along the temples and to the points on the wings of the nose. Stop and massage these dots. Then go down to the corners of the lips, linger on these points. Now leave your left finger in place, and move your right to the hole under your nose, without ceasing to affect the points. Then swap your fingers.

    Do the same procedure, but this time lower your fingers in turn to the point on the chin under the lower lip. First with the right finger, then the left.





  6. Now, light pinches walk across the face, starting from a point on the chin and rising higher, to the cheeks and head. It is important not to pinch with all your strength, but to stimulate the points on the face, improving the production of collagen. After the oval of the face, we move to the nasolabial triangle. Walk through it with light pinches, too. Now walk across your face with light spanks from the bottom up.





  7. Put your hands in front of you and connect your thumbs. Put them under your chin, relax your head and neck. Stay in this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute. After putting your hands on your knees, close your eyes and sit a little still. Breathe deeply.



  8. If you are right-handed, put your right hand on your neck (if left-handed, then left) and cover it with your left. Now do light ironing from top to bottom, from the neck and all over the sternum. Then make the same moves with each hand.



  9. After both hands, one on the other, put on the solar plexus and begin to massage the stomach in a circle. On the left side of the stomach down, and on the right side up. Press hard, massaging the internal organs.



  10. In the same position of the palm, move to the forehead and make stroking movements on the head. From this position, the hands move forward, put them in front of you and close in the lock. Now, at a distance of 20 centimeters from the body, put your hands behind your head and back, performing movements very actively.



  11. Then spread your hands to the sides with your palms up. Carefully start making twists to the right and left, without bending the spine. After the exercise, put your hands on your knees and sit still for a couple of seconds.



  12. Extend your left hand diagonally from you, put your right hand on your left shoulder and start making shaking movements away from yourself. Repeat with your right hand. Shake your hands. Now join your hands in front of you, press one hand tightly to the other and start drawing eight in the air with elbows. After that, take your hands in the lock, stretch out in front of you, turning your palms away from you, then raise your hands up, bringing the chest forward. Put your hands up, exhale.

    Then relax again, put your hands on your knees and sit a little still, breathe deeply.
