Oriental dough recipe

Preparation

  2. Cut the dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, roll out of each sausage and cut everything into 10 pieces.


  3. Each piece roll into a cake the size of a saucer. The top of the cake is generously oiled. Fold the cake in half and put it on a plate. Do the same with the rest of the cakes. Cover the dough with a wet wipe and leave it for 30 minutes.

  4. Each cake on the weight stretched in opposite directions. Roll the resulting tape with roulette. Put the roulettes in the container and send them to the freezer.


  5. If necessary, remove the blanks from the freezer (preferably the night before) and move to the lower shelf of the refrigerator. In emergency cases, the dough can be defrosted at room temperature: in about an hour you can start baking.
