  1. Exercise 1
    The exercise is performed sitting or standing, as you are comfortable. Take a comfortable position, put your hands on your eyes and relax. Take 3-4 deep breaths and exhales, breathe slowly and deeply. With each exhalation, get rid of unnecessary thoughts in your head. This is a kind of setting for exercises. You need to calm down, get rid of extraneous thoughts, immerse yourself and concentrate on exercises.





  2. Exercise 2
    Three fingers (indicative, middle and ring) put on the upper edge of the eye socket under the eyebrows, starting from the edge of the nose. Pressing, move along the upper edge of the eye socket from the nose to the temples. Then walk along the lower edge of the eye socket as well. Pressure should be strong, but very carefully so as not to damage the eyes. Walk three times on the top edge and three times on the bottom.





  3. Exercise 3
    Also, with three fingers, press the cavity above the eye sockets. First massage it with circular movements, then press hard and let go abruptly. Then put your fingers under the eye socket, massage with active movements, and then press and release.




  4. Exercise No. 4
    Now move the fingers to the pupil, the eyes are closed. We press very calmly, but strongly. Let's go on vacation, repeat it 10 times.



  5. Exercise 5
    With your thumb and index finger, grab the upper eyelid and twitch the eyelid up and down 50 times. Movements should be easy. If you feel pain or discomfort, take a break.



  6. Exercise 6
    And the last exercise: with your thumb and index fingers, press on the nose, at the edge of one and the second eye. Count to 10, press on the nose, and then let go.
