How to cook langos with potatoes

Yeast dough cakes Ingredients
  • 250g flour
  • 150g mashed potato
  • 6g yeast
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation
  1. If you have mashed potatoes ready, use them. If not, boil the potatoes until ready, purify it, and then measure the required amount (150 g).


  2. Mix warm milk with yeast, sugar and salt. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Add cooled mashed potatoes to the milk, then gradually introduce flour into the mixture.


  3. Mixture homogeneous dough - it should be soft, slightly sticky.


  4. Transfer the dough in a deep bowl, cover with food film or a wet towel and put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.


  5. When the dough is suitable, put vegetable oil on the fire and warm up very strongly. Put the dough on the working surface sprinkled with flour. Don't beat him! Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and stretch each with your hands, forming a boat (thinner in the middle, thicker at the edges). Don't use the roller.


  6. Send the tortillas in heated to 180 degrees oil (it should smoke), roast on both sides to a golden crust and transfer to a paper towel to remove the remaining oil.


  7. Hot langosh rub a clove of garlic, smear sour cream and sprinkle grated suluguni. Serve to the table hot - your fingers close!
