Exercise 3
  1. With your index and thumb, pinch the skin in the parotid hollows.
  2. At a moderate pace, open your mouth as if you were going to scream. The skin will straighten, don't hold it.
  3. Repeat the exercise for 30 seconds.





The chin is another part of the face that is often left unattended, but in the meantime, it often clamps and can rise up with age. To remove tension from the muscles of the chin, perform exercise No. 4.

  1. Place the index fingers of both hands on top of your chin.
  2. With your thumbs, grab the lower part of the chin.

  4. Perform the exercise for 30 seconds.
