Delightfully tender
Finnish potato cakes with a thin blush crust are simply doomed to success with those who care about potato dishes.
They are prepared simply and using a minimum amount of products. If you want to try something new, especially without straining, then this recipe is perfect.
Potato cakes Ingredients
- 600g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100g flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50g cheese
- 2 tsp sesame
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation
- Peel and decoct potatoes with a clove of garlic.
- Add salt and vegetable oil to boiled potatoes. Cut the potatoes with a fork or potato. Leave to cool at room temperature.
- Add black pepper and egg to the mashed potatoes. Stir again.
- Pour grated cheese and flour. Mix the dough.
