Preparation

- Now let's do the cream. For two types of cream separately dilute gelatin (25 grams of gelatin 100 ml of water). Cream first: whip sour cream with sugar, add condensed and gelatin. Take it all to a homogeneous mass.
- Now the second cream: sour cream with sugar. Now add crumbs of nut cake to the cream, but not all so that the cream does not turn out too clogged. Add the gelatin and beat it up with a good mixer.
- Now it's up to the small thing to collect the cake. First chocolate cake, on top of the cream with condensed, then nut cake with jelly, on top of the second cream with crumbs. There's a chocolate cake on top. You can leave some cream and lubricate the sides. You can decorate the cake to your taste.
