Recipe for potato casserole with kefir

The ingredients
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 500ml kefir
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200g cheese
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bulb
  • salt
  • peppery


Preparation
  1. Cut the onions with semi-rings and roast for 2 minutes in vegetable oil.



  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin mugs. The thinner you cut, the quicker it gets ready.



  3. Sprinkle and pepper potatoes, add roasted onions and crushed garlic.
  4. Sodium cheese on a large grater and pour half into the potatoes.



  5. Pour the potatoes with kefir. If kefir is too acidic, dilute it with water in a ratio of 1: 1 (250 ml of kefir and 250 ml of water). This will make potatoes cook faster.
  6. Bake potatoes in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the casserole and sprinkle it with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
