How to bake potatoes with a sausage inside

Potatoes are a delicious home dish. Originally cooked and served potatoes with filling inside.

For cooking, choose an oblong potato so that it is convenient to bake it. Preferably not very old, not with shrunken skin.

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 big sausage
  • 40g cheese
  • dill
  • salt, pepper


Preparation
  1. Wash, trim the potatoes so that they can be placed on a flat surface. Place it with a cropped part on a pan lubricated with vegetable oil. And bake in a heated 180°C oven.



  2. Cut the finished potatoes from the opposite side. With a teaspoon, remove the middle from it so that the bottom remains intact.



  3. Mix sour cream, mustard, crushed garlic, dried dill, salt and pepper.



  4. Cut the sausage and cheese into small pieces.



  5. In each potato, pour 1 tsp. sour cream dressing, then put some cheese and sausage and another 1 tsp. sour cream dressing on top. Burn. stuffed potatoes 10 more minutes.





Baked stuffed potatoes Serve hot while the cheese is melted. You can sprinkle greens on top.
