Preparation

  2. Now make the fire a little bigger and add the liver. First cut it into small pieces. The liver should be thoroughly roasted from all sides for about 4 minutes. When the color of the liver changes, add vinegar, salt and pepper.



  3. The dough should be laid out on a board sprinkled with flour and cut into squares. The side of the square should be about 12 cm.



  4. In the center of each workpiece, lay out 1 tbsp. l. filling and carefully collect the edges above it, forming a bag.
  5. Smear the tray with butter and cover it with baking paper. Smear the bags with a whipped egg and put them on the pan. Bake them for half an hour at 180 degrees.





Such nodules can be served to mashed potatoes, along with vegetables, and you can also as a separate dish.





I advise you to cook a liver with cheese. Such a layered liver snack with cheese, onions and carrots is cooked in the oven in just an hour.

Liver is not expensive and very useful by-product, which should be included in your menu at least a couple of times a month.
