Why cook a salad with chicken jelly

Preparation
  1. Clear chicken broth is one of the most important ingredients in this salad. That's what we're going to make jelly out of later.   2. Measure three glasses of broth. Dilute half a glass of gelatin and let it dissolve. Pour into the rest of the broth and fill a few containers. Now let the jelly freeze.



  3. As long as the jelly freezes, you can prepare the base of the salad. The ingredients in this dish are usually laid out in layers. Before doing this, it is desirable to cover the walls of the round container with food film. It is thanks to her that you will be able to form your salad in the form of that round “dome”.



  4. Lightly grease the film with mayonnaise. The first layer is grated cheese. Press it slightly against the walls of the container.
  5. Soar prunes in hot water. Then cut into small pieces. This is the second layer that needs to be lubricated with mayonnaise.



  6. The next layer is sliced boiled eggs. Mushrooms should be laid after the eggs. Before that, they must be thoroughly roasted with pieces of onion.



  7. The last layer is small pieces of chicken breast.
  8. All the layers are finally laid out. Lubricate the last layer with mayonnaise and seal with a spoon. Let the salad brew a little, then turn it over on a serving dish.



  9. Frozen broth should be carefully cut into small even cubes. These cubes should cover the entire salad.



  10. “Crystal” salad can be decorated with greens and halves of boiled eggs.
