The recipe for baked mackerel classic

The ingredients
  • 1-2 mackerels
  • 2 pieces of fresh tomatoes
  • 2 bulbs
  • half-lemon
  • olive-oil
  • peppery


  1. The fish should not be wet, so use paper towels to remove excess moisture. It will also not be superfluous to cut the fins. Cut the carcasses in portion pieces and splash the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Cut the same mugs of tomatoes and onions. Put together a circle of onions and a circle of tomatoes and lay them in pieces. If the carcass is divided into two halves along the ridge, then cut the mugs in half.
  3. Spread the fish on the bowl on the foil, a few fields with olive oil and add pepper. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius until fully cooked. Done!

  2. Put a filling on top of each fillet. It consists of passered onions, carrots and a wig (how to passer, you know). Some add grated hard cheese, but we decided not to.
  3. Now roll every fillet filled with roulette and tightly, like candy, wrap in parchment. You can even use a stapler to fix the edges. Roulets are baked for 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius. It can be served both hot and cold.


Mackerel with mayonnaise and potatoes

The ingredients
  • 2 mackerels
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper


  1. This is a special recipe for an army of swallows who are going to come to visit. Mackerel in this case, too, must be disassembled to the state of fillet and as carefully as possible remove the bones. Cut the fillet into pieces and mix in one container with onions cut with half rings. Add salt and pepper, stir again and leave for twenty minutes.
  2. Turn on the oven 180 degrees, let it warm, and meanwhile peel the potatoes, wash and cut in small slices. And there are two options: you can mix all the ingredients, just adding potatoes and mayonnaise to the fish container, or lay out a layer of potatoes, and mackerel on top of it, which must also be mixed with mayonnaise.
  3. When the solution is found, put the form in the oven for 40-50 minutes. The finished dish should be served immediately on the table.

  2. Now cover the first fillet with the second half and carefully wrap the foil. It is best not to allow gaps and try to avoid any gaps. Repeat the procedure with the remaining fillet parts.



  3. Put mackerel in the heated oven for half an hour as is, in foil. Operating temperature is 190 degrees Celsius. You can immediately serve on the table, and you can wait for it to cool: both so and so tasty.

  • 100ml cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp. l of vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. This recipe is a little more complicated than the others, but it also looks better! At the right time to serve on the festive table. Cut the onion big, add parsley, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of wine vinegar. Let him stand for 15 minutes.
  2. The carcass remains intact. Lubricate it with vegetable oil (tablespoon) and lay it on foil, make a “basket”. Be sure to splash a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of vinegar. Now parch the mackerel with onions and greens and add pepper. Salt at will.
  3. While the mackerel is resting, turn on the oven, just in time for the heat. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Lay on the foil, also make a "basket" and lubricate with vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons). Potatoes can be salted.
  4. Put in the oven pot with potatoes and fish, which before then smear with mayonnaise. The temperature in the oven is 200 degrees Celsius, the baking time is 30 minutes.
  5. While the oven is working, get to the mussels. Warm the pan, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the crushed garlic over medium heat. It'll take exactly 2 minutes. Add frozen mussels to the pan and roast on the same fire until golden for another 10 minutes.

  6. Now add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir and mussel carcasses for another two minutes. Add the cream, stir and carcasses for some more time under the lid. That depends on how thick you think the sauce should be. Count on two to eight minutes.
  7. When everything is ready, remove the baking pan from the oven and remove the onions and greens from the mackerel. Put potatoes on the dish first, put fish on top, and spread mussels on the sides. This is an amazing dish, so hurry up and serve it on the table!
