  • 500 ml of milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 100g softened butter

  • 2.1 kg flour


Preparation
  1. 250 ml of hot milk thoroughly mix with 2 tbsp. l. flour and let the mixture cool to room temperature. Add yeast to the remaining milk and set it aside for 10 minutes. When a foam forms on the surface of the milk, combine 2 of the resulting mixtures with a mixer.


  2. Ask for flour, add some salt, sugar and soda. Stir it. Beat the eggs with a fork, add oil, kefir, and mix it thoroughly again.


  3. To the eggs add opar with flour and knead the dough manually for 10 minutes. It will be soft and a little sticky. Wrap the dough in food wrap and give it 40 minutes. Then knead it again and leave it in the film at the same time.


  4. And then everything as usual: form cakes with your favorite filling and lubricate them with a yolk mixed with water. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 35 minutes.




Try not to use too liquid filling: so you risk that the cakes will turn out too wet. We advise you to try as a filling sour cottage cheese, cut apples, cherries without seeds. Do not add jams and jam.
