Lazy "Napoleon" from the finished layered dough Ingredients
  • 800g ply (yeastless) dough
  • 500 ml cream (33%)
  • 200 ml of condensed milk
  • vanillin or vanilla extract to taste


Preparation
  1. Put the finished dough on a dusty flour table. Measure the strips of dough by the width of the form for baking. Olga Matvey advises to take a square shape of 22 centimeters. Dough roll, and then with the help of a ruler cut into strips of 1.5-2 centimeters.



  2. The tray was covered with parchment paper, and then lay out strips of dough on it in chess order at a distance of about 1.5 cm. Bake the dough in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 12 minutes.



  3. Whip the finished cream from the fridge to a lush foam. In the whipped cream pour condensed milk also from the refrigerator. Add some vanilla or vanillin extract. Make it a good mixer to homogeneity.



  4. The bottom of the square shape for baking is covered with parchment paper. At the bottom of the handicap, lay out 2 tablespoons of the cream, evenly distributed along the bottom of the form. On the cream lay the first layer of tubes from the puff dough. Then evenly distribute 2-3 tablespoons of the cream again. Again, the tubes must be laid out in the same order as the first layer. Continue until the entire form is filled. The top layer is cream! Ready cake in the form put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or better at night.





  5. Part of the tubes that remain, you need to grind in a blender to the state of crumb.



  6. In the morning, with a knife, remove the cake from the form, grease the sides of the cake with the remnants of the cream. Well, then sprinkle the sides and top of the cake crumbly.
