Baking eggs "Faberge" according to the recipe of gypsy

Original, in our view, gelatin Eggs can be cooked for a holiday or just in a good mood. It is very loved by children, as it looks festive and is already divided into portions: you do not need to overeat.



This recipe prompted us a real gypsy, and the video with cooking we, of course, attach at the bottom. In the meantime, gather all the ingredients, and we'll get going.

Blurry with gelatin Ingredients
  • 10 eggs
  • 5 tsp gelatin
  • 0.2 tbsp chicken broth
  • 200g boiled chicken
  • 80g ham
  • 100g carpaccio
  • 2 tbsp canned corn
  • 2 tbsp canned peas
  • 4 crab sticks
  • dill, parsley for decoration
  • 0.5 lemons


Preparation
  1. First of all, take a dozen eggs and a tray. Wash your eggs and brush them. The shell must be perfectly clean.


  2. Now in the blunt part of each egg make a small hole and pour the contents, for example, in a glass jar. We won't need it, so use eggs in other recipes. Wash the shell properly inside.


  3. Grind chicken meat, carpaccio, crab sticks and lemon. Parsley and dill were divided into beautiful little twigs.

  4. Dilute the gelatin with water and heat it several times in the microwave so that it grabs well. Then stir it with chicken broth.


Start filling eggs: first take twigs of greenery and fix them on the inner walls of the shell. Do the same with lemon records. It is necessary for decoration, because the plants have the brightest appearance.


Now add the rest of the products arbitrarily. Try not to be greedy with meat ingredients, it's a delicious holiday dish. Do not tamp the ingredients, let them be laid to the very top of the shell, but you need to leave room for broth with gelatin.


Pour the liquid. To do this, first put the filled shells in the tray with holes up. Then, lightly tapping in the middle of the shell, fill the eggs to the top with a spoon. Don’t worry that some broth will spill, the tray can be washed. When all portions are filled, send the eggs to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.


After the right time, carefully remove the shell from the frozen filler eggs. You can use a plate of clean water to wet your fingers. That's it, our dish is ready!




You can serve it simply in a common plate so that each guest takes as much as he needs. Or, on the contrary, make portioned “nests”, for example, from the leaves of a salad. These filly eggs always turn out to be delicious, because they do not have bad ingredients. And even if you don’t like a product in our recipe, you can easily replace it with your own or simply not add it to the dish.
