Buns, after which we do not take suffocated purchased bread in the store

Today's edition. "Site" will tell you not only how to make a delicious lean cabbage dough on yeast, but also tell you how to make fragrant buns from it, which will perfectly suit borsch, replacing the usual garlic pumps.

We will not disclose all the secrets in advance, but we will note one thing: if you are also tired of the usual muffin, like our hostess Mila Grishkevich, this recipe will definitely please you! By the way, so that you do not have to search for a video from the author of the recipe, we attached it at the end of the article.

Cabbage dough Ingredients
  • 200g white cabbage
  • 160 ml of water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10g pressed yeast
  • 250g flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame

Preparation
  1. To begin with, you need to sew cabbage, mix it with crushed garlic and send it to roast in sunflower oil. Then we salt the cabbage, cover it with a lid and leave it to roast to goldenness on a medium heat, stirring from time to time.

  2. While the cabbage is roasted, dilute the yeast in the water and leave to stand for a couple of minutes. Then combine the yeast solution with sifted flour in a deep bowl and stir the dough for 5 minutes.

  3. Then we sprinkle roasted cabbage to the dough and stir it again until it becomes uniform. Then cover the bowl with a food film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that it rises.

  4. Next, lubricate the working surface with vegetable oil and roll dough on it into a small sausage. Divide the resulting sausage into several equal parts and start rolling balls out of them. The blanks are laid out on a pan, covered with parchment paper, and covered with food film. After that, the batter is sent to the oven until it is turned on. We wait another 30 minutes for the dough to grow a little.

  5. At the end, remove the film from the blanks, lubricate the tops with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame. Then we send the batter already in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
