Lush cutlets that will be amazingly delicious without adding a bun

If the thought that today again oatmeal for breakfast, makes children stubbornly pretend to sleep, just to skip the morning meal, and even terrible warnings about punishment do not save the situation, it is worth thinking about changing the strategy. Better to change the morning meal. How about we make it out of manka?

Editorial "Site" Just prepared an original recipe for fried mannica, the preparation of which can be done in just 20 minutes. And if you want to, 15!

The video version of the recipe is traditionally left at the end of the article.

What to make from sebum ingredients
  • 100g semolina
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. The first thing you need to cook is thick semolina. To do this, pour the milk into a small pan, add salt with sugar and mix everything well. Next, put the pan on the fire and wait for the milk to boil. After that, slowly begin to pour semolina into milk, constantly stirring the contents of the pan with a corolla so that the porridge does not curl up in lumps.

  2. For 5 minutes, boil porridge on a slow heat, still stirring. Then leave the manka cool. In the meantime, take a separate bowl and beat an egg in it. After the porridge cools to room temperature, pour a whipped egg into it and mix everything well.

  3. Then wet your hands with cold water, put some manka in your hand and roll a ball out of it.

  4. The resulting ball well collapse in breadcrumbs from all sides and slightly flatten.

  5. At the end, we lay out our blanks on a pan with heated vegetable oil and roast them to golden on both sides.

In the end, all that remains is to serve our wonderful mannics to the table. Especially good are such semolina pancakes with sour cream and berry jam. Sour cream makes the dish more tender, and berry sour dilutes the sweetness usually inherent in such dishes.

Here's the video version of the recipe. We look forward to seeing your review for this breakfast! Would you cook it for your family?
