A blank of zucchini and apples, with which you will make sandwiches all winter

Imagine if you were in the usual salad Add apples and tomatoes, what will happen? If you think there is nothing good, know that you are wrong. It will turn out a great dish with an interesting texture and new, appetizing notes of taste.



Autumn is the time for vegetables, and you need to take full advantage of this fact so that in winter, sitting in the warmth, enjoy home preservation, despite the snow and cold. But for this, you need to work a little bit in advance. So write down our recipe, we assure you it will come in handy.

Salad of squash and pepper for winter Ingredients
  • 800g zucchini
  • 400g tomatoes
  • 2 strong apples of autumn varieties
  • 5 cilantro.
  • 6 teeth. Garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • vegetable-oil
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • water


Preparation
  1. These ingredients should be enough somewhere on a can of 750 ml. Clean the skin of the tomatoes. To do this, make an incision on the bottom of the fruit, dip them in boiling water for 30-40 seconds, and then immediately lower them in cold water with ice. The skin will lag on its own. Now the tomatoes need to be cut finely.


  2. Clean the young zucchini from the skin and cut with thin rings. If the zucchini have already seen something, cut them along into 4 pieces and scrape out all the seeds inside. The flesh is cut in small pieces, about 2.5 by 2.5 cm.


  3. Clean good, hard apples from the peel and get rid of the core, leaving only elastic pieces of flesh. Cut these pieces with a small, small cube. Cut cilantro, garlic and pepper.


  4. Take out a deep pot and pour vegetable oil into it. Heat and roast apples and tomatoes on it for 10 minutes, stirring. Add coriander, garlic, pepper, honey and apple cider vinegar. Also salt and sprinkle sugar. We advise you to use cane sugar, it will taste better. Stir the mixture and carcasses for about 15 minutes, carefully until the apples and tomatoes are softer.

  5. In a frying pan with a little oil, roast zucchini. Put them in one layer so that the pieces do not touch or extinguish. As a result, zucchini should become more or less crispy.


  6. Sterilize the cans and put the vegetables inside in layers. Now, traditionally, turn the cans down, wrap them in a blanket and let them cool. Keep it in a cool place, right before winter.




This salad is good in everything: even though it is winter, it is low in calories, so you can always enjoy its excellent taste without the danger of gaining a few pounds.
