Everyday salad to please your beloved husband

Nowadays, hardly anyone can be surprised by the Olivier salad or the notorious vinaigrette. That's why the editorial board "Site" will tell you how to prepare a very unusual salad with liver and mushrooms called "Senora". This dish will be a great addition to the daily menu and to the festive feast.



Salad with fried mushrooms and chicken Salad "Senora" consists of completely simple ingredients, but it has tasteless. Cooking it is quite easy, even a novice hostess will cope!

The ingredients
  • 200-300g chicken liver
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 potatoes
  • 400g champignon
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 3 pickles
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 30g parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. First, under running water, my chicken liver and cut it into small pieces. We heat the pan, pour vegetable oil and roast the sliced liver for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Salt it, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 4 minutes. The main thing is not to overcook the liver, otherwise it will turn out dry and hard. The finished liver is left to cool, and then cut with straw.



  2. Carefully wash the mushrooms and dry them with a paper towel. We cut them into slices and roast them. dry-panUntil all the juice is gone.



  3. Clean the onions. And we cut it into little cubes. We pour some oil into the mushrooms and send onions to them. All fry for another 10 minutes until fully ready.



  4. We cook hard-boiled eggs, clean them of shells and also cut them in cubes.



  5. Washed potatoes boil or bake in the oven until ready. After that, we clean it and rub it on a large grater.



  6. Mix mayonnaise with mustard and pepper to taste. By the way, if desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with a more useful sauce. Now all that remains is to combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and make a salad. We're mixing it up. The dish can be decorated with crushed parsley and green onions. Done!
