Salad ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 500g potatoes
  • 250g fresh cucumbers

  • 5 eggs

  • 3 boiled yolks
  • 1 melted cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
  2. Finely cut the onions and pour boiling water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness. Pour water off the bow, hold it under cold water.
  3. Cut the potatoes with a thin straw.

  10. Crush the greens finely.
  11. Mix half the fried potatoes with grated eggs, cucumbers, onions, chicken fillets and greens. Fill it with mayonnaise.
  12. Spray the dish with salad leaves. Form a nest out of the stuffing. Make an egg pit in the middle.
  13. Put the second half of the fried potatoes around the salad, forming a nest.
  14. Sprinkle chopped dill in the middle of the nest.
  15. Now we have to make eggs. To do this, soap melted cheese and yolks on a grater, finely cut dill, pass garlic through the press. Mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise and form small eggs.

To make the salad less caloric, purchased mayonnaise can be replaced with homemade, a mixture of low-fat sour cream and mustard or one of our 7 savory sauces, choose to taste!

  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 4 quail eggs
  • 70g hard cheese
  • 300g pickled mushrooms

  • 3 potatoes

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • parsley
  • 3-4 tbsp. l of vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs (for chicken it will take 10, and for quail - 5 minutes).
  2. Sodium carrots and potatoes on a grater for Korean carrots. Sodium cheese on a medium grater.
  3. Cut the onions with half rings, and chicken eggs, chicken and cucumbers with small pieces.
  4. Warm up the vegetable oil in the pan. Take turns roasting the potatoes, onions and carrots. Then put it on a paper towel and cool it.
