If the food is not good enough to be touched by hands, I am not sure it can be eaten. A person does not control the purity of the fork, but he can control the purity of his hands. When something appears on my plate, I touch it with my hands. I feel like I can eat it and then I try it. I don't start eating and then I reject it. When food isn't worth it, I just don't try it. And my hands are level one.

“You have to understand how this food will behave inside you. Should this food be inside of you today? Feeling the food, you know whether this food will be useful on this day or not. There is no single recipe that a person should eat, because he himself must feel and understand it, says the Indian yogi.



And yet Sadhguru told me which breakfast he liked best. There was a time in his life when he ate only peanuts and bananas. The man is sure that these products have everything that a person needs.

“One handful of peanuts I soaked overnight. And one banana. After this breakfast, I was more energetic and active than most people can even imagine. It's a full meal, Sadhguru says.

Yogin believes that if you soak peanuts for 6-8 hours, then everything bad is removed from it, and only the best remains. The main thing is to chew the product well enough. But it is equally important to make sure that peanuts are grown under normal conditions, without any questionable fertilizers. Otherwise, there will be no benefit from it.
