Fasting, by which I mean living without solid and liquid food, is still not fully considered a means of healing. Some people will actually consider you unwise if you skip a few meals while sick. They think you're draining yourself. Such people are virtually unable to understand the difference between starvation and exhaustion.
The reason why so many fasts have failed, and continue to be, is ignorance. When you start fasting, the main waste created by improper and excessive diet is removed first. You may feel relatively good for a while, perhaps even better than when you eat. But over time, new, secondary debris in the body fills with blood circulation, and because of this, well-being deteriorates. You start blaming the lack of food. However, when most of the debris from the circulation is removed, you will feel wonderful – even stronger than before. Two or three days later, this process is repeated. This will continue until the body is completely cleansed.
It is known that a starving person feels better on the 20th day of fasting than on the 5th or 6th. alternate short fasting with several days of eating cleansing and mucus-poor food;
Be especially careful of those who took a lot of drugs, in particular, if they contained mercury, nitrate, silver oxide. In this case, a long, slow and gradual change in diet is desirable.
During fasting, you should:
Cleanse the colon every day with enemas;
Be in the fresh air as much as possible;
Do physical education or otherwise load yourself physically.
But if you feel tired and weak, rest and sleep as much as you can afford. On such days (and this is likely when the waste gets into the blood circulation), sleep becomes restless and disturbed, even nightmares can occur. This is due to poisons that pass through the brain. You may have doubts or disappointments about what you are doing. If such conditions and sensations arise, then this is due to the drugs that you used before: they have now passed into the blood circulation for further excretion from the body. It is recommended to immediately make an enema and lie down, and if necessary, interrupt fasting, but not with fruits;
Every time you change the position of the body, do it slowly, otherwise there may be madness, up to a brief loss of consciousness. The latter is not to be feared, but must be avoided. Many starving people and people on a rigidly limited diet after madness gave up and interrupted the fasting process, losing faith in it forever.
What and how much to drink
Some starving people only drink water. I believe that light lemonade with a little honey or unpeeled sugar or very diluted fruit juice gives the best effect. However, you need to be extremely careful if fruit juice, such as orange, is used for longer fasting, since fruit juices can cause too rapid release of poisons, which greatly irritates the organs and causes dissonance in their work.
As an alternative, it is good to drink juices made from non-starchy vegetables, in particular, they are good to eat with a longer fast. Raw tomato juice can also be drunk. Regarding the frequency and amount of fluid intake, you need to drink no more often than usual, and no more than 2-3 liters per day. However, keep in mind that the less fluid you drink, the more aggressive fasting is.
How to get out of hunger
Proper nutrition after fasting is as important as fasting itself. At the same time, it completely depends on the well-being of a person and the duration of starvation.
Important rules that you need to remember well!
1. For several days after fasting, the first food should have a laxative effect, not a nutritional value, as most people think.
2. The faster the first food is digested, the more effectively it will remove weakened mucus and poisons from the intestines and stomach.
3. If after 2-3 hours after eating there is no abundant bowel movements, you need to help yourself with laxatives and enemas. Every time I fasted, I always had good bowel movements at least one hour after eating. And it felt wonderful. After interrupting a prolonged fast the next night, I spent more time in the toilet than in bed, and I should.
4. The longer the fasting was, the more effective the intestine works after it is completed.
5. The best laxatives that are recommended to eat after fasting are all sorts of fresh sweet fruits: cherries, grapes, apples, etc. In second place - sauerkraut or stewed plums. Attention! This advice is only for people who have lived for a certain time on mucous or mucus-depleted foods, i.e. on a “transition diet”.
6. If the first food doesn’t cause trouble, you can eat as much as you want. Consuming very small amounts of food for the first 2 or 3 days without bowel movements, which is a consequence of malnutrition, is dangerous. This is another piece of “expert” advice!
7. If you have eaten fruit, but after an hour there is no movement in the intestines, then eat more fruits or raw or cooked (boiled, stewed, but not fried) non-starchy vegetables. Eat until the first stool comes out the garbage accumulated during fasting. An organism free of all waste and poisons, provided that no solid products are ingested, functions without hindrance.
