Duong Sinh: exercise for kidney health

The Vietnamese health system is Duong Sinh (DUONG SINH)

Health complex Duong Sinh consists of 12 exercises for kidney, the key when you exercise is breathing. Before each exercise is done "bleeding breath" and the exercise is performed holding the breath.

EXERCISES FOR KIDNEYExercise for the kidneys, lying on the back:

1. Lying on your back, arms along the body is starting position. "Bleeding breath" on the fourth breath, raise the legs and neck at a 45° angle, to look at the toes. The breath, on the exhale, drop the legs and neck. Running multiple of 3.

2. Original position. The right hand bed to the "solar" plexus. Exercises for the kidneys, lying on his stomach:

7. Sitting cross-legged or in the Lotus pose:
